BOO!

the build-up for halloween was so much fun this year. maddie was counting down the number of days on her school calendar. the excitement on her face was priceless. and it ended up being a great night. she decided to be cinderella {which was great for me because we already had the costume from christmas}. my brilliant idea for reese did not pan out. i wanted him to be the mouse from the cinderella movie, however i couldn't find a decent ($) mouse costume and even trying to make it proved impossible. so he was a skeleton, but an adorable one. we especially dig the "skull" cap. we ran around the neighborhood {literally}with about 7 other kids, had a couple of meltdowns, and got lots of candy. all the while reese just chilled in the stroller and watched the madness. {it was complete mayhem - kids running in all directions not knowing which direction they were going, parents not able to keep up, a couple of lost kids for a few seconds; but lots of fun}.
